Driver Portfolio

DCM represents highly talented and dedicated racing drivers who are aspiring to reach the top tiers of motorsport. Once we have identified a driver with a combination of raw speed, impressive results and a mature work ethic, we will take a closer look into the personal circumstances of the driver. This will include learning more about the immediate and long-term plans of the driver as well as his/her racing experience to date, financial position, existing entourage and other important factors.

With the objectives of our drivers and commercial partners at the forefront of our agenda, DCM employs a strict selection process when signing new drivers in order to best serve and deliver upon these objectives.

Félix Serrallés is a hugely popular racing driver amongst race teams and fans around the world – nowhere more so than in his home country where he is a bright beacon for Puerto Rico's ultra passionate racing fans and the wider Latino region.

With racing DNA in his family, Félix is an exceptional talent with a stellar track record in both single-seater and GT racing categories. His recent career highlights include race wins in the 2017 Blancpain GT Series in the #88 Mercedes AMG GT3, in Indy Lights for the famous British outfit Carlin and invites to test in an IndyCar for Andretti Autosport and the LMP2 Oreca for JOTA Sport in the 2016 WEC rookie test in Bahrain where he was fastest overall in his class.

Often the man to beat amongst his competition, Félix has proven his pace and smart race craft time and time again. DCM is currently seeking opportunities that will support Félix's ambition to race in Formula E – the world's first 100% electric formula racing series.

Recognised for his raw speed and rapid rate of development, Jannes Fittje is a select member of the globally renowned ADAC and Deutsche Post Speed Academy, which support Germany's most promising rising stars in motorsport.

Having taken part in 2 seasons of the world's most competitive Formula 4 championship – ADAC Formula 4 – between 2015 and 2016, Jannes' podium finishes and blistering lap times didn’t go unnoticed in the F4 community. At the end of 2016, DCM made a bold move and took the decision to promote Jannes into the 2017 Euroformula Open (EFO) – a Formula 3 series that takes place at F1 circuits across Europe.

Jannes was crowned vice-champion in the EFO rookie championship and finished fifth in the overall championship standings, securing a double podium in Monza and 2 other podiums at Silverstone and Paul Ricard. His 2017 campaign has given him great preparation for more development in a Formula 3 car as he aims to race in the FIA European Formula 3 in 2018.

Chase Owen is a Texas born racing driver who has been fast-tracking a career in motorsport since moving to London in 2016 – a year in which he won the Formula Ford title in his debut season. Having stepped into the BRDC Formula 3 Championship in 2017, the learning curve was steep, but Chase frequently led the time sheets during the course of the year and scored a season best P2 finish at Donington Park.

With the goal of racing amongst the Pro drivers in LMP and GT machines, Chase also entered his first endurance races in 2017 in the GT4 Porsche Cayman, finishing an impressive P10 on his debut at Brands Hatch alongside Freddie Hunt and an even more impressive P3 in Imola just 2 months later.

Chase is an economics graduate from The University of Texas at Austin and his attention to international business places him in a unique position as a racing driver. He has well and truly thrown himself into the deep end of the motorsport industry, but it has paid dividends and his story has been captivating for industry professionals, fans and sponsors.

At the turn of his fifteenth birthday in June 2017, Lucca made the jump from karting into single-seater racing, becoming the first Irishman to compete in the British Formula 4. He took the transition well within his stride, as he contested the final 5 rounds of the 2017 championship and demonstrated improving pace at each round.

Lucca is a highly decorated karting champion, having raced in national and regional championships, winning the Irish race of champions trophy in 2015 and the National Irish Championship in 2014. His standout sporting and commercial potential attracted us to represent Lucca, who has his sights set firmly on racing in Formula 1.

Away from the racetrack, Lucca resides in his hometown of Cork where he has started to form collaborations with a fine selection of fashion brands. His name has rightfully been making headlines across Ireland as the nation's rising star in motorsport and those headlines have started to cross boarders as Lucca's career has moved to the UK.
