DCM is an international talent, brand and event management agency operating in the exciting world of motorsport.

We shape the careers of professional racing drivers, serve global brands and hold an appointment on behalf of government as organisers and promoters of a Formula E-Prix in Asia.

For the billions of motorsport fans like us, our industry is an action-packed source of entertainment that keeps us coming back for more. But for talent, brands and host cities looking to make their mark and stay ahead of the competition, it can all seem a little overwhelming at times.

Leadership Team

Peter Jones
Chairman & CEO

Peter began his career as an aeronautical engineer before establishing himself in the electronics industry for 30 years. Throughout this time, Peter's professional career ran in parallel with a deep passion for single-seater motorsport and a desire to make a positive difference for aspiring racing drivers. His commitment to the sport led to DCM being formed in 2010 with the support of the company's Leadership Team based in London.

In his role as Chairman, Peter has deployed the DCM team to full effect and has been instrumental in securing commercial deals with brands, manufacturers, government and series organisers. Thanks to his support, DCM achieved its first 10-year objective of developing junior racing drivers from karting to top-flight motorsport series. In 2020, Peter set DCM on the course of its next objective to create a world champion in Formula 1 or Formula E by 2030.

Henry James
Head of Strategy

Born in Italy and raised in Monza, motorsport was a key part of Henry's upbringing and the origin of his ambition to work in the industry. Through his in-depth knowledge of various motorsport series, his opportunity to build a professional career in the sport arose in 2010 with DCM. Since then, Henry has managed racing drivers, served global brands and expanded the sporting and commercial reach of DCM across Europe, Asia and North America.

As Head of Strategy, Henry is the architect behind the DCM Talent Programme. This comprehensive programme is at the core of DCM's strategy to rapidly develop the sporting talent and commercial value of its drivers. Henry and his team work hands-on to realise the career management strategy of each DCM driver with a results-based and risk-assessed approach, also liaising directly with sponsors teams and manufacturers.

Harry Mead
Head of Brands

Harry has created campaigns with global brand and rights holders through ideation, implementation and promotional stages for over a decade. From digital brand activations to talent-led brand endorsements and out-of-home adverts, Harry has a wide breadth of experience in creating high-impact campaigns, which cut through the noise and focus on brand identity synergies that deliver memorable key messages.

With a love for all things motor racing and the emotion embodied by the fan community, Harry provides DCM's clients a real edge in the motorsport industry. It's not easy to standout, but Harry and his team have enabled DCM to activate several brands on behalf of racing drivers, teams, corporates and series organisers at a national, regional and international level. His disruptive approach is one that is not afraid to break the status quo.

Charles Terry
Head of Marketing

Since playing rugby at national level for England, Charles built marketing and recruitment companies across four continents. He has developed invaluable expertise in his field as well as a global network that provides DCM's clients with highly tailored marketing solutions in the motorsport industry. Charles and his team promote DCM's clients to the motorsport community through several fan engagement innitiatives.

Charles designs social media strategy based on the marketing objectives and priorities of the client, while taking into account the latest social media trends across different demographics and geographies. Leveraging these platforms in tandem with other marketing techniques, Charles has enabled DCM's clients to reach and engage with millions of motorsports fans around the world.
