Peter Jones
Chairman & CEO

With a background in aeronautical engineering and over 30 years of international business experience in the tech industry, Peter is the leader behind DCM’s ambition to develop world-class racing drivers and serve brands with a unique platform from which to drive commercial objectives via the motorsport industry.

Peter has simultaneously expanded the sporting and commercial reach of the company, enabling us to cater for European, American and Asian motorsport markets. Thanks to his leadership, DCM is hard at work to launch innovative brands in our sport and produce the future racing stars of tomorrow in Formula 1 as well as other zenith championships and events including the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Indy 500 and the FIA Formula E.

Henry James
Head of Strategy

Henry grew up on the doorstep of the Autodromo di Monza and has professional experience in motorsport, automotive and asset management. Fluent in 4 European languages and extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of junior motorsports around the world, Henry has overseen the development of every DCM driver since 2010 and has successfully leveraged a number of commercial partnerships that have assisted towards the career progression of our drivers.

Henry is the human engine and strategist behind our commercial talent programme, which has become a magnet for brands seeking to benefit from image transfer, B2C and B2B revenue opportunities. Henry's network has proven invaluable and many of DCM's achievements are credit to his unyielding commitment to our clients. When he is not in the office, you will find him at a racetrack near you.

Harry Mead
Head of Brands

Harry is an advertising and brand expert with a passion for motor racing and all the emotion embodied within. He has worked with some of the world's biggest brands on cutting-edge projects that have defined the message of their entry into new territories around the world.

At DCM, Harry provides brands with a clear ROO and ROI objective from their presence in the motorsport. Whether the goal is to promote brand names, new products, or to create buzz around brand ambassadors in the sport, Harry's team performs on its unique offering for innovative brands that are seeking to break the status quo in the motorsport sponsorship market.

Charles Terry
Head of Marketing

Since playing rugby at national level for England, Charles has gone on to build marketing and recruitment consultancies across 4 continents. He has developed invaluable expertise in his field as well as a global network that provides DCM with unique marketing solutions in the motorsport industry for our drivers and our commercial partners.

Focusing on the digital marketing strategy for the motorsport campaigns of our clients, Charles’ team maximises ROI while also delivering innovative insights and KPIs alongside all of our digital campaigns. Charles has served a number of global brands and brings with him some of the best known brands in motorsport, enabling DCM to extend marketing reach to millions of motorsport fans around the world.
