With a background in aeronautical engineering and 30+ years of international business experience, Peter is the leader behind DCM’s ambition to develop young racing drivers and achieve their long-term goals in motorsport. Peter has controlled a fine balance of sporting and commercial focus within the company in order to build sophisticated partnerships between its rising stars and innovative companies invested in the motorsport industry on commercial grounds. In 2014, Peter expanded DCM’s international footprint by transferring 2 drivers from Europe to feeder series of IndyCar in the US. The future of DCM is aligned with its objective to promote its drivers into IndyCar by 2017, the World Endurance Championship by 2018 and Formula One by 2020.
Henry grew up on the doorstep of the Autodromo di Monza and has professional experience in motorsport, automotive and asset management. Fluent in 4 European languages and extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of junior motorsports around the world, Henry has overseen the development of every DCM driver since 2010 and has leveraged a number of commercial partnerships that have financially supported DCM’s drivers over the years. He is the human engine for DCM’s junior driver and commercial think-tank, which is made up of a team of 3 and has become a magnet for companies using motorsport as a B2B / B2C platform. His network has proven invaluable and DCM’s achievements are credit to Henry’s unyielding commitment to our drivers and partners.
